Enrollment Leadership Institute

A year of learning, connection and professional growth

During the course of the Enrollment Leadership Institute program, participants will have mentorship opportunities with university enrollment leaders, and participate in quarterly workshops with curriculum specifically designed to prepare them for enrollment management leadership.

The program will include social opportunities that expose the ELI cohort to new ideas from inside and outside of ASU. Connections will be made with enrollment leaders throughout and beyond ASU through virtual and travel experiences.

Expenses associated with ELI, including travel, will be covered by AEE.

Shaped through the lens of Academic Enterprise Enrollment’s Core Values, the ASU Charter and ASU’s Design Aspirations, ELI is dedicated to your growth as a dynamic professional at the heart of a service-minded organization.
