Dear students and families,
Planning for the fall 2021 semester at Arizona State University is underway, and we are moving ahead at full speed. We look forward to welcoming you to campus.
In order to keep you up to date regarding the fall semester, we want you to know that our plan is to return to Learning Mode 1, meaning instruction will be delivered to students by faculty in person and on campus unless otherwise noted. For select courses, instruction will also be available to students digitally through ASU Sync or asynchronously as an iCourse. In response to COVID-19, ASU Community of Care requirements will continue and specific details will be shared with you in the coming months.
We continue to closely monitor COVID-19 on and near the ASU campuses and remain ready to shift to remote learning if health conditions or local, state or federal guidelines require it.
To enable you and your family to make informed decisions, any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible as the fall semester approaches. We will also continue sharing details on what is happening with the virus on our campuses and in the community on our COVID-19 Management webpage, which is updated every Monday and Thursday evening.
We hope that this plan to return to on-campus, in-person teaching and learning helps you in your academic decision making. If you have any questions about ASU or your next steps, please contact an admission team member.
