Kinesiology

Are you interested in exercise, anatomy, physiology, and performance?

Approach each of these, and more, through the lens of human movement — and learn how to improve the health and well-being of those around you.

ASU Watts School of Social Work

The kinesiology program at the College of Health Solutions offers in-person options at the Downtown Phoenix and Lake Havasu campuses.

  • Study all aspects of human function from the perspective of human movement. Gain a deep understanding of how the human body works.
  • The curriculum provides a scientifically inclusive approach to human movement; you will study mechanical, anatomical, neural, developmental, physiological and psychological mechanisms.
  • You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with faculty on research projects, in labs, as teaching assistants, or other independent study experiences.
  • Benefit from our partnerships with Creighton University, A.T. Still University, and Tufts University physical therapy programs.
  • This program will allow you to obtain both a bachelor's and master's degree in as little as five years. It is offered as an accelerated bachelor's and master's degree with the MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
